For best results, please have your rubbish out at 7 AM. We do not start earlier than 7 AM. See the Areas We Service page for the day(s) we're in your area. If your trash got missed, please call our office as soon as possible (329-3440). The truck may still be in your area. Before you call, make sure to check your cans first! Also, if you see the truck pass your house, please be aware that the driver might have to empty their truck or they start at one end of the street and works their way back to you. But if the other houses on your street have been picked up and your trash is still there, then call our office. Our drivers work all holidays - including Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. So please put your trash out on your scheduled day. We will be there! If you need to speak directly to the driver, please be aware that they cannot hear you over the noises from the truck. Unless you are in their line of vision they doesn't know you are there! |
